SAS-1: White Water Rafting
We pick you up from your hotel and take you to the mountain village of Begawan, where you will be supplied with helmets and life jackets before walking down to the river for a brief introductory talk. And then it’s off down the river in self-bailing rafts designed for the Ayung River, heading for the excitement of 25 class II and III rapids as the fast-flowing water carves its way through the river valley. The trained guides, world class experts in rafting techniques and river safety, take you through two hours of whitewater fun before reaching Kedewatan where the chefs prepare a delicious buffet lunch as you arrive at the prize-winning riverside garden restaurant. After your meal, freshen up in the changing rooms and showers before being transported back to your hotel. It’s a great day out for all the family.

SAS-2: Mountain Cycling – the Batur Trail
Beginning with breakfast near the scenic lake of this still active volcano, we venture off the main routes through little-used paths and secret back road trails leading through the rainforest. Along the way, we stop off at small mountain villages to take a look at traditional Bali life before finishing with lunch in the picturesque village of Ubud.

SAS-3: Mountain Cycling – the Batukaru Trail
See the splendor of ancient Bali with two-hour descent of the Batukaru Trail. A leisurely trip through the rural heartland of Bali and the ideal way to see this tropical island as it really is. Visiting these ancient villages and farming centers provides a unique insight into the ways of old Bali, where knowledge was passed from generation to generation and is in use to this day. After the trip, enjoy lunch and complimentary massage or Spa at Yeh Panes.

SAS-4: Interior Trekking
Step back in time and trek into the interior of Bali. Heading to Mount Batukaru, we begin near a hot spring, walking into one of the most fertile areas of the island. Although much of Bali has adopted the modern methods of the west, on the Batukaru plain, farmers continue the traditions of centuries ago. Learn on this two-hour trek how medicines and materials are harvested from plants and shrubs and how the intricate system of irrigation provides water for everyone. Then, after lunch by the banks of a nearby river, enjoy a complimentary massage or Spa at Yeh Panes.
